I, Ruben van de Meent, am an Amsterdam based WalkMe certified solution builder. On a freelance basis I will create your WalkMe solutions. My experience includes working for a large multinational where I created and managed their WalkMe portfolio for 100.000 associates.
I have a hands-on and can do mentality. I’m creative and when building I do not take no for an answer. One way or the other, there is always a solution that satisfies both the end-user and the client.
My bachelor at Hotelschool The Hague taught me to centralise the end-user experience. For WalkMe, I therefore always build solutions from their experience. Furthermore, user feedback is key to understand their main problems and dissatisfaction.
Skill set
As a certified WalkMe solution builder, I have worked with all available options in the WalkMe editor. All that WalkMe has to offer, including Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers and SmartTip sets, are no mystery to me. To display the content to the users who need it, I use WalkMe linked variables. Therewith making full use of the options in the rule-set.
Knowing jQuery, I prefer to work with coding over WalkMe’s on-screen element selection. This is because jQuery loads faster and without mistakes. I also know CSS to custommade the design for the best user experience. Moreover, I know how to work with WalkMe Mobile for offering the best WalkMe experience when you’re not behind a desk.
